The Seminoles were rewarded for winning the ACC Championship today with a #3 seed in the NCAA tournament. The ‘Noles will play 14-seeded St. Bonaventure on Friday in Nashville, Tennessee. This game should (hopefully) be an easy first round win for the ‘Noles prior to a tougher second round matchup. A Florida State victory will lead to a second round match with either Cincinnati (most likely) or Texas. The Bearcats enter the tournament very hot after finishing second place in the Big East tournament.

The other ACC teams to make the tournament are #1 seed UNC, #2 seed Duke, #10 seed Virginia and #11 seed NC State. The Hurricanes were one of the first four teams out of the bracket. The ‘Noles won’t matchup against any ACC opponent prior to the final four.
